Blind Throwing was a blast!

Each level of the throwing competition did a blind throw, a height test, and then altered their tall pot to make it look different. It was so much fun!

It was so much fun seeing all the different things people made with the polymer clay! Most made beads of some sort, some made sandwiches.

The Raku Kiln was the highlight of the day! Everyone enjoyed watching the blast of flames as we heated the kiln, the red-hot pots catching burn barrels on fire, and the fun, iridescent surprises that resulted!
